1- DOWNLOADING :
: Click on the « ASSISTANCE MODULE » button (1) to start the download.
2- LAUNCHING :
The download of the module is now complete. You can click directly on it (2) to launch it or go to your downloads.
(A warning message may appear after initiating the launch, click « YES » to authorize « changes » to allow the program to launch properly).
3- SUPPORT REQUEST :
The support module is now up and running. A support request is automatically requested and received by our services as soon as you see the module as above.
The time it takes to process your request :
Remember to change section (3) « YOUR NAME » (by default the module fills this section with the name assigned to your computer). If it is not your identity, delete the content and replace it with your full name and surname.
Include a brief description of your application in section (4) « DESCRIPTION ».

Yes… But no! ANOSERV being a digital company it does not have a physical address as such. It will therefore be impossible for you to go to a store for the time being. On the other hand, like all companies, ANOSERV has a registered office at a specific address which can also be used as a postal correspondence address. As a reminder: It is useless to go there, this is only an administrative address. No information or staff are present at this address..
Can I benefit from ANOSERV’s services with my current equipment?
There is a very high probability that it is, even with equipment that is not up to date. Let’s go into a little more detail without, of course, making it incomprehensible. If you have a phone, whether smart or not (with a touch screen), a computer with an Internet connection and you have been able to contact us. Congratulations! You are eligible for our support service. Optimized support options such as video conferencing, remote control…etc. can be proposed to you afterwards according to your situation (Internet connection speed, equipment used, etc…).
In summary, if you have contacted us we will be able to assist you.
Essentially offering a wide variety of customized and personalized services. A single hourly rate is set up to match ANOSERV’s values. See RATES section above for more details. Additional one-time, monthly, quarterly or annual costs can be applied in addition to the hourly service depending on your situation, such as and without limitation: equipment purchases, web hosting, domain name, etc… An estimate is systematically issued prior to all projects. ANOSERV does not offer a fixed price package. Each project is studied and personalized.
